"After having purchasing my last home, I learned (the hard-way) how important it is to have a unbiased, technically proficient home inspector.  When the time came for a new house I used these lessons learned.  After searching around and interviewing a few inspectors I came across and hired Frank Carrio.

Frank's careful, detailed, and lengthy inspection insured my wife and I that nothing was being missed.  You have to remember that this is a HOME inspection....so the realtor may get flustered that Frank is not "flying" through the house......this is a good thing.  Bring a notepad, you don't have to because Frank's report is very professional.....but it is helpful to bring to light the "more important" issues sooner with your realtor.

I have since learned that the value received when you hire an unbiased, experienced, highly technical home inspector is clearly measurable.  
Not only was I able to utilize Frank's Inspection Report to address and resolve several issues.....but Frank even went as far as to point out simple fixes to the "then" owner, without disclosing other issues I wanted to address financially with the "then" owner."
